Recently my wife, Chris and I, brought her Lhasa Apsa, Mollie to your facility for treatment of an allergy problem and also to have some minor surgery performed.First, I want to commend your professional veterinary personnel for doing such a wonderful job on the allergy aspect. It is a long road to taking care of her allergy problem which was created due to a laboratory error which had nothing to do with you. You are working to undo the damage which was done to Mollie’s immune system.
Secondly, I would like to commend your support staff, namely Pamela Paine and Joy Treadwell, for being so patient, understanding and supportive of a worried “parent” when Mollie had to have some surgery. We have dealt with a number of veterinary clinics throughout the USA and the Rogue Valley, but the two above mentioned individuals were outstanding in making me feel comfortable as I waited for Mollie to be cared for.
Please let them know how much I appreciated the “above and beyond the call of duty.”Donald L.
